The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have filed the present Civil Revision Petition challenging the order dated 25.09.2015 made in I.A No.654 of 2015 in O.S No.78 of 2012, seeking Police protection to the respondents 1 and 2 to execute the interim order granted by the trial Court. Pending Civil Revision Petition, the suit itself was dismissed for default on 14.12.2021. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners further submitted that nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition and seeks liberty to restore the Civil Revision Petition once the suit is restored to file.
2.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is open to the petitioners to restore the Civil Revision Petition once the suit is restored to file. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
