ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to direct the respondents to register the complaint dated 12.01.2015.
2. It is averred in the petition that the petitioner, as defacto complainant, has given a complaint dated 12.01.2015, wherein certain allegations have been made against the persons mentioned therein, but the third respondent has not registered the same. Under such circumstances, present petition has been filed for getting the relief sought therein.
3. Considering the nature of allegations made in the complaint dated 12.01.2015 and also considering the fact that the third respondent has not taken proper steps in respect of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the complaint dated 12.01.2015, the following direction can be issued:
"In fine, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The third respondent is strictly directed to look into the allegations made in the complaint dated 12.01.2015 and if any cognizable offences are made out, further directed to take appropriate steps as per law."
