Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.05.2023, thereby, he would seek permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
