JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was pronounced by T.RAJA, J.) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been directed against the fair and decreetal order dated 31.12.2018 passed in F.C.O.P.No.318 of 2018 by the learned Judge, Family Court, Salem. 2.
When the matter was called today, learned Counsel for the appellant-wife, on instructions, submitted that both the appellant and the respondent have compromised the dispute between them.
Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Appeal, therefore, the same may be dismissed as infructuous.

Learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection for the same.

In view of the above, recording the statement of the learned Counsel for the appellant-wife that both the parties have compromised the matter between them, the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
