These miscellaneous petitions have filed seeking to condone the delay in filing the petitions to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of respondents 1 & 3 in the above appeal suit, to set aside the said abatement and to bring on record their legal representatives in the above appeal suit.

2. Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these miscellaneous petitions are allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title in the above appeal suit.
