O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.49 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent police, for offences under Sections 294(b), 506(i) of IPC as against the petitioner.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that they completed the Investigation in Crime No.49 of 2016 and also filed a final report before the Judicial Magistrate No.4, Vellore. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.4, Vellore is directed to take cognizance within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
