[ RESPONDENTS ] Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for writ of certiorari to call for the records of connected with the impugned Government Orders passed by the 1st respondent in GO.Ms. 161 R.D.(E7) Department dt 26.6.2000 and consequential instructions for recovery order passed by the 3rd respondent in Na. Ka. No. 3618/2000/A1 dt 20.10.2000 and quash the same.

2.The petitioner has sought to question the Government order issued in the year 2000, after a period of fifteen years. No reason has been given for approaching this Court belatedly. 3.In these circumstances, the Writ Petition fails due to laches and accordingly, the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
