This petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.183 of 2016 from the file of the III Sub-Court, Poonamallee and to transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Pondicherry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection to transfer the H.M.O.P.No.183 of 2016 pending on the file of the III Sub-Court, Poonamallee, to the file of Family Court, Pondicherry and prayed for early disposal and made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the submission and endorsement so made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.183 of 2016 pending on the file of the III SubCourt, Poonamallee, is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the file of the Sub-Court, Pondicherry. The III Sub-Court, Poonamallee, is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.183 of 2016 to the file of Family Court, Pondicherry, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the records, the learned Judge, Family Court, Pondicherry, is directed to dispose of the case, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
