Respondents Writ Petition has been filed praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to survey the plot of the petitioner and earmark the boundaries including the road portion as per the FMB Sketch and pursuant to her application, dated 29.04.2015.

By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for disposal.

2. The petitioner claims that she is the owner of the land, admeasuring 2440 sq.ft., in Plot No.8, Seethammal Nagar, in S.No.59/A1, Korattur, Chennai-600 076, and, in this regard, she has submitted a representation, dated 29.04.2015, to the first respondent, by paying necessary fee, requesting to measure her land, fix the boundaries, sub-divide the same and issue Town Survey Patta https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and since no orders have been passed thereon, she has come forward to file this Writ Petition.

3. Heard the submissions of Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Government Advocate, who accepted notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2.

4. Though the petitioner has prayed for a larger relief, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 29.04.2015, in accordance with law, after putting on notice respondents 3 and 4, and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner as well as respondents 3 and 4.
