Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of certiorari calling for the records of the Second Respondent herein pertaining to the impugned order of termination of contract and blacklisting of all the Tank Trucks of Petitioner Firm passed against the Petitioner firm and the Partners in and by order bearing Ref.No. TNP/OPS/BL/167 dated 06.06.2015 and to quash the said order.

By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for disposal.

The petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition to quash the order bearing Ref.No. TNP/OPS/BL/167 dated 06.06.2015 passed by the Second Respondent herein pertaining to the impugned order of termination of contract and blacklisting of all the Tank Trucks of Petitioner Firm against the Petitioner firm and the Partners.

3. The learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in view of the admitted position, the period of contract itself is over.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner, no further order is required in this petition.
