ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned notification of the 3rd respondent in Notification No.08/2022 dated 01.04.2022 only with respect to the Clause 5B "Educational Eligibility Criteria" and quash the same with a consequential direction, directing the respondents to fix the PG Studies of Humanities (Master of Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, etc.,) as one of the eligibility criteria in Clause.5B in the notification for recruitment to the post of DCPO.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.
4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
