J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.JAICHANDREN, J.) This is an appeal against conviction, preferred by the appellant/sole accused, against the judgment of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri, made in S.C.No.5 of 2011 dated 22.06.2012, convicting the accused under Section 302 of IPC and sentencing him to undergo imprisonment for life.
