O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to not to harass the petitioner and her family members pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 20.04.2022.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the complaint

given by one Divya, enquiry has been conducted in C.No.90/ACTMR/DCAN/LPO/CC/2022 and the same has been closed. He would further submit that the second respondent police is not harassing the petitioner.

3.It is made clear that now the complaint has been closed and the second respondent police shall not unnecessarily harass her under the guise of enquiry.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
