ORDER

DR.S.VIMALA, J., The petitioner is present before this Court and he is the alleged husband of the detenue and he expressed his desire to live along with the detenue.

2. The detenue is produced before this Court and she submits that even though she wants to live along with the petitioner herein, because of emotional blackmail by her parents, she is not able to live with the petitioner.

3. The father of the detenue, who is present before this Court, states that he had grown up their children by selling fishes and he is not accepting the marriage of detenue along with the petitioner, as the petitioner is not an educated person.

4. The detenue states that though the petitioner is not an educated person, he is a driver by profession and she is inclined to live along with the petitioner herein.

5. In view of the above, recording the statement of all the parties, the detenue is set at liberty to live according to her well and wish.
