Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to produce the vehicle bearing Registration No.TN-09-AE 5716 on the first day of every month before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Cuddalore, pending trial by relaxing the conditions imposed upon the petitioner in C.R.P.No.37 of 2014 in Crime No.574 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police. The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to produce the vehicle bearing Registration No.TN-09-AE 5716 on the first day of every month before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Cuddalore, pending trial by relaxing the conditions imposed upon the petitioner in C.R.P.No.37 of 2014 in Crime No.574 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police.

The Court below while order for returning of vehicle imposed a condition that the revision petitioner shall produce the vehicle before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Cuddalore on the first working day of every month until further orders. Now, the petitioner has come forward with this present petition to relax the condition totally.

3. I have heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor as well as the learned counsel for the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Cuddalore in Crl.R.P.No.37 of 2014 dated 08.01.2015 to the effect that the petitioner is directed to produce the vehicle bearing Registration No.TN-09-AE 5716 on the first working day of every three months before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Cuddalore until further orders. The other conditions imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Cuddalore shall remain unaltered.

The Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
