ZEE 5 Represented by its Authorized representative, Alpha Centre Essel House, 3rd Floor, No.150 and 151, North Usman Road, T.Nagar, Chennai-600 017 ..Defendants This civil suit praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant a judgement and decree on the following:- (a) A permanent injunction restraining the defendant themselves their respective proprietors/directors/partners servants,agents all persons from telecasting the movie THITTAM POATTU THIRUDURA KOOTAM in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2nd defendant's Television /Satellite channel proposed to release on 24-072020 or any other subsequent date in any other channel without settling the

plaintiff debt amount as agreed in document dated 12.09.2019. (b) For entire cost of the suit.

This civil suit coming on this day before this court for hearing and the court made the following order:- The costs had not been paid by the plaintiffs. The plaintiffs are not able to give any specific answer, whether costs would be paid or would not be paid.

2. It is again represented by the learned counsel for the defendants that the movie had been released in OTT platforms. An affidavit in that regard to be filed, so that further orders can be passed.

3. List the matter once again on 03.11.2020.
