..Respondent(s) PRAYER - This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 09.02.2026, which was received by the 1st respondent on 11.02.2026 with regards of cancel the online patta stands in some other name and include petitioner name with clear boundary and square feet allotted as per settlement deed Doc.No.2850/2018 and to pass order on merits and accordance in accordance with law.

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to cancel the online patta standing in the name of the third parties for the property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition. 2.According to the petitioner, illegally, the third parties have obtained patta for the very same property owned by the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner seeks for cancellation of the online patta standing in the name of the third parties. The petitioner have given a representation on 09.02.2026 to the 1st respondent seeking for cancellation of the online patta standing in the name of the third parties. Since the said representation was not considered, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.
3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. At the outset, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner had not
submitted an online application with the 1st respondent seeking for cancellation of the online patta standing in the name of the third parties. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would now submit on instructions that the petitioner is willing to submit a fresh online application with the 1st respondent seeking for cancellation of the online patta standing in the name of the third parties for the property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition.
5.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's online application seeking for cancellation of the patta standing in the name of the third parties is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties which includes the parties whose names are found in the online patta for the subject property. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's application. 6.For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to submit a fresh online application with the 1st respondent seeking for cancellation of the online patta standing in the name of the third parties for the property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of
this Writ Petition along with supporting documents within a period of one weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said online application by the 1st respondent within the stipulated time, the 1st respondent, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties which includes the names of the persons in whose name presently the online patta for the subject property stands, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the online application. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
