ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in P.R.C. No.04/2020 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2 at Cuddalore and quash the same.
2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the case in P.R.C. No.04/2020 has been culminated to S.C. No.109/2021 on the file learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore.
3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh petition. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
