permanent injunction restraining the defendants or their men, agent from releasing the Tamil film "Naalu Polisum Nalla Irundha Oorum" in any other Country except India; (ii) to declare any assignment deed to third parties alienating the copyrights vested already in favour of the plaintiff post 9.6.2014 as null and void and thereby confirming the rights of the plaintiff and (iii) to direct the defendants to pay the cost of the suit. The learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the main suit as well as the application. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
