ORDER
1. The petitioner in this case claims to be an occupant of a land belonging to the Municipality of Ambur Town, that there were earlier civil suits for eviction filed by the said Municipality against the petitioner, which entered in a compromise and that the said property is now being utilised along with other properties that the State had acquired for widening the road.
2. The only prayer of the petitioner is that the petitioner has put up a building after obtaining necessary permission from the local body and she have to be compensated as to the value of the residential building put up there.

3. Mr.M.Kathikeyan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. The learned Additional Government Pleader brought to the notice of the Court that Vide its proceedings in No.11016/3i-2/NHAI/IU-K'Giri/1758 dated 20.09.2016, the National Highways Authority of India has awarded a compensation of Rs.1,15,648.50 to the petitioner.
4. In view of the the petitioner's apprehension that her right to obtain compensation from the respondents is now addressed, nothing survives in this case and hence this writ petition is accordingly closed. No costs.
