Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in connection with the auction processes dated 29.11.2017 of the respondents 1 and 2 for selection of LPG Dealership in Indian Oil Corporation at Tirupattur area and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to award LPG Dealership in Indian Oil Corporation at Tirupattur area to petitioner. This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the notice dated 29.11.2017 issued by the respondents 1 and 2 and consequently directing the respondents 1 and 2 to award LPG dealership in Indian Oil Corporation at Tirupattur area to the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Thiruvengadam, learned counsel appearing for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also made endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
