This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 30.06.2015 on the file of the II Additional District Judge Chidambaram, in I.A.No.293 of 2013 in A.S.No.58 of 2011.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that, an appeal which was pending on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Chidambaram was dismissed for default on 02.04.2019.
