This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed, seeking to suspend the sentence imposed in C.C.No.146 of 2019 dated 07.02.2023 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge for NDPS Cases at Chennai and to enlarge the petitioner on bail till the disposal of this Criminal Appeal.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
