The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that right has accrued in favour of the petitioner to obtain compensation under Section 24(1)(a) of the Central Act 30 of 2013, for which, he has to bring a comprehensive petition and seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this petition and to file a fresh petition. has also made necessary endorsement in the petition to that effect. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present petition with leave to file a comprehensive petition incorporating whatever remedies available to him based on the rights accrued to him. No costs.
