The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to file a final report relating to the Crime No.24 of 2019, on the file of the Inspector of Police, W-30 All Women Police Station, Poonamelle, Thiruvalur District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that investigation in Crime No. 24 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 498(a), 323, 406, 495 and 506(1) of IPC, Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of women Act, 2002 has been completed and the final report is made ready. He would submit that the final report will be filed before the jurisdictional Court within a period of three months.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl. side), direction is issued to the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

police to file the final report in Crime No. 24 of 2019 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
