This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents herein for failing to comply with the order of this Court in Crl.OP No.25512 of 2017 dated 23.11.2017. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ order of this Court dated 23.11.2017 has been complied with and

accordingly, the petitioner's complaint has been enquired into and the same came to be closed on 03.08.2018. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the closure report, if he choses to do so.
