This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents to register the FIR as per CSR.No.395 of 2015 on the file of the third respondent, dated 23.07.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.395 of 2015 before the third respondent Police.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the third respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari V. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
