This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Pollachi to recall the Non Bailable Warrant issued against the petitioner on 13.11.2014 in S.T.C.No.1746/2012.

2. Heard Mr.M.N.Balakrishnan, the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. It is seen that this petitioner is accused in S.T.C.No.1746/2012 for offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881, which is a bailable offence. Since the petitioner did not appear before the Trial Court on 30.11.2014, NonBailable Warrant is issued by the Court.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Trial Court within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties, undertaking to appear before the Trial Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

diligently.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
