O R D E R

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to pass orders based on the report of the 3rd respondent.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the property situated in old S.F.No.264 and new R.S.No.210/1 was devolved

upon the petitioner after the demise of his parents and the petitioner had approached the 4th respondent for change of name in the patta . However, the petitioner was shocked to know that an extent of two acres situated in old S.F.No.264 with new R.S.No.210/1 had been taken by Bhoodan Board and the said land had been subdivided into two sub divisions and has been assigned in the name of the Chairman, Bhoodan Board. Further, the petitioner having come to know the aforesaid details through Right to Information Act, had made a detailed representation before the 1st respondent and the same was forwarded to the 4th respondent herein, however, the 4th respondent having conducted the enquiry on the same and submitted a report to the 2nd respondent, however, the said report was forwarded to the 3rd respondent herein, in turn, the 3rd respondent had forwarded the said report to the 1st respondent. However, till date, no action has been taken on the same. Hence, the present petition has been filed seeking the aforesaid relief.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though very many grounds have been raised, it would suffice, if this Court, issues direction to the 1st respondent to pass orders based on the report sent by the 3rd respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.

4. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no serious objection to the said order being passed.

5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders pursuant to the detailed report sent by the 3rd respondent herein on 02.12.2019, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction. No Costs.
