ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to take action pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 01.04.2022.

Though the relief sought for in this writ petition is larger, the learned counsel for the petitioner confined his argument to the limited extent of directing the first and second respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 01.04.2022 expeditiously.

Considering the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, I direct the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.04.2022 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as the fifth respondent, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
