The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the PRC No.14 of 2023 has been committed and taken cognizance in S.C.No.159 of 2023 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu. He further submitted that so far, the prosecution has examined P.Ws.1 to 10.
