O R D E R This writ petition is filed seeking for a Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to release the petitioner's sale deed registered as Document No.2180/2019.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent is not returning the document even after registering the same without any valid reason. Therefore, this Court directed the learned Government Advocate to get instructions. Accordingly, the matter is listed today for further hearing. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Learned Government Advocate, based on written instruction given by the 2nd respondent, informed this Court that the petitioner's document will be returned to him.

5. Considering the above stated submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to return the subject matter Sale Deed to the petitioner, within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
