ORDER

The petitioner's prayer is for a mandamus simplicitor to dispose his representation dated 08.03.2024. Therein, he seeks correction of his name in his daughter's birth certificate.

2. According to him, the name under the column 'father' in the birth certificate issued to his daughter is 'Viji.R' and should instead read 'L.Karthick', the petitioner herein.

Since the adjudication of this prayer requires assimilation of various factual details and Mr.Rahul Aditya, learned counsel, accedes to the receipt and pendency of representation dated 08.03.2024, mandamus is issued to the respondent to hear the petitioner and decide the grievances in representation dated 08.03.2024 within a period of six weeks from today, in accordance with law. 4.

Writ petition stands disposed in terms of this order. No costs.
