(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.S.Arjun, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.A.Edwin Prabakar, learned State Government Pleader assisted by Mr.K.Karthik Jegannath, learned Government Advocate for respondent 1 and Mr.Abhishek Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent 2.

2. The grievance of the petitioner appears to be of the alleged encroachments made by the hawkers and street vendors between 4.00 am to 10.00 am in Tiruppur to Palladam Main Road

3. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent 2 submits that the representation given by the petitioner would be considered and decided on its own merits.

4. The said decision shall be taken preferably within a period of six months.

5. The writ petition, as such, stands disposed of. There shall be no orders as to costs.
