J U D G M E N T

The respective learned counsel appearing for the parties would submit that the plaintiff is in United States of America and the defendant is in Singapore and both of them had signed the Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 03.03.2016 in their presence vide Diary No.10213 of 2016 and pray for passing of the preliminary decree in terms of joint memorandum of compromise.

2. Accordingly, there shall be a preliminary decree on the basis of the Joint memorandum of Compromise dated 03.03.2016. The Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 03.03.2016, shall form part of the decree. No costs.
