This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.514 of 2019 pending on the file of the respondent.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, the respondent police conducted enquiry and closed the complaint as ' Mistake of Fact' and negative final report has also been filed. He further submitted that RCS notice also served on the defacto complainant.

3. In such view of the matter, there cannot be any directions to the respondent police. However, liberty is given to the petitioners to workout their remedy as per law. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
