This Original Petition coming on this day before this Court for hearing the court made the following order: The petitioners seek letters of administration for the Will dated 14.03.1986 executed by T.Manickammal, who died on 25.12.1987. Her husband Thiruvengadam predeceased her on 06.03.1980.

2. The petitioners are the daughters of the deceased T.Manickammal. The first petitioner has been examined as P.W.1, she has produced the death certificates of Manickammal and Thiruvengadam as Exs.P1 and P3 and the Will has been marked as Ex.P4. The decree passed by the City Civil Court in O.S.No. 5742 of 2016, which declares the petitioners as the legal heirs of the deceased Manickammal has been marked as Ex.P5. The petitioners have also examined one P.Vijaya as P.W.2, she has identified the signature of the attesting witness K.Prakasam. The publications as required have been effected and no objections have been received.

3. In the light of the above, I find that the petitioners have proved the execution of the Will and entitled to letters of administration to the copy of the Will annexed. Hence, this original petition is allowed granting letters of administration to the copy of the Will

annexed in favour of the petitioners. The petitioners shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- each.
