Order This writ petition has been filed to direct respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.02.2024 seeking for issuance of patta in his name for the property, morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.According to the petitioner, the property, morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition has been assigned in his favour by the Government. According to the petitioner, till date, he has not been issued patta despite making representation on 20.02.2024 to respondents 2 and 3. 3.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4.The petitioner has filed supporting documents along with this writ petition in support of his representation seeking for grant of patta. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the same. 5.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the third respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation seeking for grant of patta for the property,
morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 6.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
7.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 20.02.2024 seeking for grant of patta in his name for the property, morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of the necessary parties, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
