ORDER

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal and disposed of by this order.

Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

The petitioners, seeking regularisation of their services, who were working as drivers in the 3rd https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent Union, have submitted a representation dated 11.09.2020 to the 3rd respondent and since the said representation was not considered by the 3rd respondent till date, the petitioners are constrained to approach this Court by filing the present writ petition. 4.
The Court heard the submissions of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and also perused the materials placed before it.

This Court, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioners in this writ petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioners dated 11.09.2020 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioners herein.

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.No costs.
