ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 10.04.2022 for the offence under section 4(1)(i), 4(1)(aaa) read with Section 4(1-A) TNP (Transport Act), in Crime No.545 of 2022, seeks bail.

2. The petitioner herein was arrested on 10.04.2022 for the illegal possession of 105 litres of ID Arrack.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police states that the petitioner herein is having several cases of similar in nature.
