ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the first respondent to issue the term insurance policy at the initial premium rates for the entire term of the insurance policy.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the request made by the petitioner has already been rejected and aggrieved by the same, the petitioner also approached the Insurance Company Ombudsman. The Insurance Company Ombudsman has also rejected the request made by the petitioner.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
