The Tr.C.M.P.No.637 of 2014 has been filed seeking to withdraw the HMOP.No.142 of 2014 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Udumalpet, Tiruppur District and to transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Chennai. 2.
When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned Counsel for the respondent that HMOP.No.142 of 2014 has already been already disposed of by the trial court. The learned Counsel has also produced a copy of the judgment in HMOP.No.142 of 2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Recording the same, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed with liberty to renew the same, if HMOP.No.142 of 2014 is restored on file. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
