CMP No.8919 of 2026: This petition has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 7th respondentChitra. CMP No.8920 of 2026: This petition has been filed to bring on record the L.Rs of the deceased 7th respondent-Chitra.

Private notice taken to the respondents 15 to 17 were served.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petitions, this court is inclined to allow the petitions.

Accordingly, these petitions are ordered.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
