This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Respondents/5th to 7th for the wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.15091 of 2022 dated 05.04.2023 under Contempt of Courts Act.

The learned learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during pendency of this contempt, the order in W.P.No.15091 of 2022 dated 05.04.2023 has been complied with.

3. Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed accordingly. The petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) to the Advocate Commissioner as additional remuneration within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 27.09.2024 rli CONT.
