By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for disposal.

2. The petitioner claims to be the owner of the land, admeasuring an extent of 9.81 acres in Survey No.401 at Semancherry Village, Sholinganallur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, and he submitted a representation, dated 25.04.2015, to the respondent, requesting to measure the said land and fix boundaries. He has also paid necessary fee for the same and since no oders came to be passed on his representation, he has come forward to file this Writ Petition.

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.RAS.Senthelvel, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accpeted notice on behalf of the respondent.

4. This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer and without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 25.04.2015, in accordance with law, after putting the petitioner on notice and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
