ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to remove the name of the petitioner from the history sheet maintained by the 3rd respondent. 2.

The Public Prosecutor states that there are nearly 10 cases against the petitioner still under investigation and he has also executed a bond under Section 110 of Cr.P.C to maintain good conduct. 3.

This Court, after perusing the records, is of the opinion that the plea of the petitioner herein to remove his name from the history sheet can be entertained only after the expiry of the bond period. 4.

With this observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
