O R D E R

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in respect of identically situated employees this Court had passed an order dated 28.02.2024 in W.P.No.30699 of 2018 etc., and that the same order shall be passed in the present writ petition also.

2. Upon seeing the nature of the order passed this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition at the admission stage itself.

3. It can be seen that in the representation dated 20.04.2018 the petitioner states that she has been appointed on compassionate basis and when the appointment is on compassionate basis the same should be regularised in nature and it was not correct on the part of the respondents to have appointed her on temporary basis and thereafter relieved her from service and thereafter the petitioner seeks re-employment. In the connected writ petition filed by the similarly situated employees also this Court has directed the respondents to consider the representation. Therefore, in this case also a similar direction can be given.

4. In view thereof, the respondents are directed to consider the

representation of the petitioner dated 20.04.2018 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
