ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein, who was arrested for the alleged offence under Sections 379 I.P.C. And Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act in Crime No.83 of 2022, seeks bail.

2. The petitioner herein is the owner of the lorry in which 1/2 unit of river sand has been transported illegally without any permit. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent states that the petitioner has one previous case of similar in nature and he is repeat offender.

4.Considering the nature of the crime and previous bad antecedence of the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition for bail is dismissed.
