This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the first respondent Police to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 14.08.2015 and file a final report.

3. The respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry into the complaint and take action in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
