The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 465 and 468 of IPC, in Crime No.183 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This petition is for anticipatory bail for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 465 and 468 of IPC. The case of job racketing, wherein 23 persons were cheated to the tune of Rs.42,15,000/-, this petitioner is absconding.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that due to his abscondence, the cheated money could not be recovered.

4. Considering the said fact, this Criminal original Petition stands dismissed.
